Had a very good experience working with Sebastian. Got a fair price. Had an issue right away with the Honda Odyssey. Engine light went on but the problem was solved immediately. Turned out the oil was a little low. It was a used car. Machines are never perfect and almost anything can be fixed.

From when I arrived without an appointment, Chris allowed us to test drive the vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features. When I was financing he was honest about pricing and fees and did not attempt to pressure us. He also gave us a full tank before we left, after the buying the vehicle. This bentley is better then all other high end luxury cars such as Rolls-Royce, Maybach, bmw , ect because the car itself was not made with anything low class or cheap ive own all 3 of the other high end cars and. A few more but i cant get over how good a used one was so i went to lease a 2017 and it was 10x better then the 2011 model and best part about it was. You can go and add more packages to the old or new cars without so much hassle the comfort of this car is better than anything you will ride in this car made me break the lease on my Rolls-Royce and sell Ashton martin db9. To go buy all bentleys their not cheap because they do it the best and have more years doing it.

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.
