Zak's thorough knowledge of the 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid I purchased was impressive. He explained every detail of the car to me in great detail. Their price on the car was first in class. They had the best price within 250 miles for the same vehicle. It was nice to not have to travel to get the car and deal I desired. Would love to do business with them again in the future.

While I didn't end up buying a vehicle (because I'm looking for a specific, difficult to find vehicle in a two year window) I would recommend this dealership and especially Mike Farrell. He did everything he could to offer me exactly what I was trying to find!

This car is flawless and the styling is timeless. I’m sure that many people will complain about service cost but considering what I paid, any service that may need to be done will still be far less than the depreciation on a new car. Meanwhile, the enjoyment of driving this car far surpasses my greatest expectations. Anyone purchasing a new car is really missing out on a wonderful experience/opportunity.

The car I purchased was 2016 Z06/7; I had been shopping for several months to find the right value/ price. When I saw the car on EBay I immediately knew the price was right but my conscience wouldn't allow me to spend that kind of $ without seeing the car in person first. We took a drive from Wisconsin, the car looked as good as described and their inventory of high end automobiles was top notch. The sales person I dealt with (Eric) was a true car guy not a car salesman, there is a difference. Before agreeing on a price Eric introduced me to the owner (Parin) and gave me and my wife a tour of their inventory. In performance terms some of their stuff is really "over the top". Overall I feel I received a better than fair price & had great experience working with knowledgeable people.

Just bought a 2013 BMW 3 Series from Luxury Auto Outlet. Being from a sparsely populated area, I cast a wide net looking for a dealer with a good selection of higher end automobiles. Luxury Auto Outlet impressed me by their selection and prices. I'd recommend them.

I have been looking at Mercedes Benz CL600 vehicles used, but when I came across a Bentley GT in the exact same price range by accident, I realized I could actually afford one. I bought a 2006 GT Mulliner with ony 16,000 miles!!! WOW I own a $200,000 car for $78,000!!!!!! It is so luxurious and plush. Fast and smooth and the fuel economy is better than I have read online. You can not go wrong for the price these cars are. Plus there are many around thar have low miles!

After about 2 months of shopping around and research to find the right 2008 Corvette for the best condition and price, I finally found "the one" listed on Nelson Automotive's website. I called and spoke with Matt V., and he gave me a detailed service and ownership history of the car. I felt confident that this was the right car and from the right dealer. Throughout the entire process Matt was honest and always gave me the time of day; I never felt rushed on the phone or in person. When I bought the car, I drove up from Indianapolis to pick up the car and it was apparent that the Corvette was a prized car on the lot, there were not as many other sports cars, but all cars looked to be nicely kept and cleaned. I didn't feel like it was a risk to buy a sports car from the Nelson Automotive lot, if anything I probably saved money due to not having to pay an additional markup from a performance-oriented lot. My actual time at Nelson Automotive was brief: Matt arrived early to the dealership to accommodate my schedule, even though he had plans for brunch with his in-laws later that morning. We took the car out for a test drive, talked a bit more about the history of the car, and the minor normal maintenance work they had done to make sure they sold me the car in excellent condition. I was thrilled when I got the keys. The paperwork took probably 10 minutes and I was on my way. The car rode like a dream. About 30 minutes from home, the clutch pressure went out and I had to have the car towed the rest of the way home. I took it to a shop and they determined the slave cylinder went out, and that it would be 2 hours of labor plus the cost of the part. I called Nelson Automotive, we were all shocked since this car drove fine. Matt took this information to his boss, and they worked with me on the issue: they refunded me with the cost of the part that I paid for, as well as the cost of the labor to have it replaced. Normally I would've expected that I would've needed to have the car brought back to Nelson Automotive's shop to have the work done in-house, but they took care of the issue in a way that was convenient for me. Overall, I was very pleased with the way they handled what was an unexpected post-purchase issue. I've now had the Corvette for exactly one year, and it's been a the best car I've ever owned. I've received so many comments on how great of a condition the car is in, and that it must have been well taken care of. I always tell them about my experience with Matt at Nelson Automotive, and I know where my first stop will be when we purchase another car. I test drove this car for 30 minutes, so keep this in mind. I own two Lexus and they are absolutely great cars, however I felt it might be the time to buy a Bentley. The looks are very subjective. I was disappointed in the leather interior as I like the leather in my Lexus better. The visors are cheap! The gauges are good, however I like the dash of my Lexus better. Most of all, I didn't like the ride. I drove the "speed" model. It was very noisy, felt and heard every defect in the road and going over a bump, it shook. The brakes were very mushy but the sales rep told me that's the way they are. In speaking with Bentley owners I learned they are finicky, and require very costly maintenance. When spending six figures, I cannot accept the inconvenience and expense of frequent repairs. I was mentally and financially ready to buy a Bentley and was disappointed, however I have new respect for my two Lexus.

I purchased my vehicle in April 2016 after looking for several weeks. Wasn't sure that I wanted to travel all the way to Chicago to pickup a vehicle (we live in Virginia Beach, VA) but it was well worth the trip. I originally dealt with the GM - Wally who answered all my questions. He didn't pressure us about the vehicle or harass us with calls after the initial inquiry. Once we decided that we were going to Chicago, Wally told us they would provide pick up service from the airport and not to worry about a taxi or Uber expense. Driver picked us up right on time and we were at the dealership (which is a warehouse) within minutes. We were greeted by Wally immediately and he in turn had his salesperson Khayin show us the vehicle. Khayin was very nice, not pushy very comfortable to work with. Once we had decided to purchase the vehicle we were turned over to the F & I department where we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Everything was easy...and no drama....just the way we like it. On our way home to Virginia Beach they even called to check on us to make sure that everything was fine. The dealership also handled our vehicle tags with our state DMV with no problems. The vehicles in the warehouse were all clean, neat and ready to show. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.... And since I use to work in the Car and auto finance business for over 20+ years that's high praise coming from me.

This Car meets all possible requirements! Plenty of Power and Style! I'd recommend it to the most sophisticated Drivers!

Purchased the car locally end of year price far below the stated MSRP. Beautiful car with many options. The car feels like it fits like a leather glove. Paint work is flawless; no orange peel and the interior is mostly leather. The performance for the GTC V8 is remarkable for a 5300 pound car, it is there when you need it. The noise level with the top up is as advertised; quiet and tight, no perceivable wind noise. Fit and finish impeccable, not a lot of room in the two back seats. Overall a 5 star car with minor points loss for lack of blind side assist and lack of any 3-5 year prepaid maintenance.

I work for Nordstrom as a Salesperson and I pride myself on providing the best customer service possible to all customers. So, I have come to expect exceptional customer service myself at establishment that I patronize. When I visited Chicago Greater Motors to look for a vehicle for my wife, not necessarily purchase one, I was not at all prepared with how well they treated me. One of their Salespersons, Khayin Molkwu, met me as I walked in and was very cordial. He immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. When I advised him that I wanted to just look around, he kindly provided me with his name, should I have any questions, and then he allowed me to wander around the sales floor. I must mention that the sales floor was one of the cleanest and most organized that I have ever seen. When I couldn't find a vehicle that I thought my wife might like, I finally asked Khayin for his assistance. Without hesitation, he came over and proceeded to help me. He asked me several questions as to my wife's likes and needs and after I provided him with the answers, he came up with a few options. One option that I thouht my wife would really like was an Audi Q5. It was the Prestige S-Line model with white (exterior)/black (interior), and low miles. Khayin encouraged me to test-drive it and after I did, I made the decision to purchase it right then and there. Then as proceeded to provide him with my bank information because I had prepared my own financing, Khayin asked me if I would consider letting his finance department provide me with possible lending offers. I said yes, and am glad that I did because not only did one of their banks offer me a lower APR, but better terms. We closed the deal relatively fast and I took the vehicle home to surprise my wife. She has been so happy since that day. She absolute loves her Audi Q5. Thank you, Khayin and Finance Team for providing Above and Beyond Customer Service. It's nice to have, stylish hard top convertible (no soft/rag top issues) but depreciates quickly. I really enjoy the vehicle when the top is dropped down and get a lot of compliments from the older generation (50+ age)

This is a very, very, very, nice car to drive. Extremely quiet and smooth riding. Very powerful, not as fast as my Jaguar, but it weighs a lot more. It corners and handles great for such a heavy luxurious car. The interior is absolutely top shelf. It's a little hard to get into, watch your head. The trunk is quite large, lot's of room for golf clubs. It is light years nicer than my Mercedes. This car really turn's heads.

The car rides nice and smooth, it has plenty of legroom which was a concern since I'm tall. I love the color combination and I get some many compliments on the style and look.

If you're looking a exotic car, something you see around every corner you should look this dealer up. Very nice cars they have. No sales pressure, they let me look at all the cars they have there even thought I could only consider affording a few. I would definitely go back and probably purchase from them. If I'n the market for exotic, give a look see, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Would have never thought that the 2007 Bentley continental flying spur would be so spacious! This BEAST is the most comfy car..bought mine for about $135,000 back in 2008, have no regrets. the only downside to this car is the front driver and passenger cup holders, they are hard to reach! Love the rear refrigerator and picnic tables!!!

I really cannot say enough about the guys at United Auto Exchange. RJ was my salesman, and I contacted the company through a listing on a major auction site when I saw the listing. The price was extremely fair, the process easy and the vehicle in absolutely stunning condition. It was perfectly described and exactly matched the photos. They arranged shipping from greater Chicago to Oklahoma City, and it was efficient, on-time and extremely reasonable. Buying a car site-unseen as a retail consumer can be a gamble, but the guys at United Auto Exchange have by loyalty.

I had been casually looking for just the right Corvette in my price range for the last couple of years. Finally, I found one at Ultimo Motors. It was not only sharp looking, it was newer than I thought I could afford, had just the right engine, lower miles than I thought I could get, had all the features I wanted, looked like a brand new car, and was priced right. I just couldn't believe it! What's the catch? Something must not be right! So I emailed an inquiry or two and received immediate replies from Frank Baginski answering all my questions and a simple no pressure invitation to come in and check it out. I told Mr Baginski that I live about 90 minutes away and would not be able to come in for a few days but was concerned that it might be sold by the time I could get there. He told me a simple deposit on a credit card would hold it for a few days until I could get there and if it didn't work out I'd get my full deposit back. Ok, that's easy, right? I gave him my deposit and we scheduled a date and time for me to take it for a spin. My wife and I arrived and we were immediately greeted by a gentleman named Shawn who knew our name and was expecting us. He asked how our trip was, told us that Frank would be right with us and offered us refreshments and the use of their lounge. In no time we met Frank, discussed the Corvette and it was brought out front for my inspection. It was showroom beautiful. It was everything exactly as they described it! I carefully examined every inch of it looking for something wrong and I couldn't find anything wrong! We took it for a ride all around the area. It was perfect and for a price that I found hard to believe! All I could do was smile and nod my head yes. I was sold! We briefly worked with Frank and then met with Dan the Business Manager to finish the deal. They put the license plate on the Corvette and we were ready to go. That is the fastest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever had in my 50 years of car buying! I will definitely be monitoring Ultimo Motors inventory for my next purchase. I'm confident I can't go wrong with a deal from the fine people at Ultimo Motors. I am loving my Corvette! Thanks to all! :)

I saw a 2014 Bentley GTC on Cars.com and sent in an inquiry. The next day, Greg at the Bentley dealership called me and we worked a deal on the car over the phone and internet. All the paper work was done over the internet and through overnight mail. The vehicle was trucked to me from Atlanta to south Florida with a terrific driver to deliver the car to me. I would do business with this dealership anytime.

Drove to Chicago with 3 Lexus LS430s to look at. United had the loaded car I was looking for. The place has so many nice cars, I found three others that I would also be interested in if the LS430 wasn't what I wanted. Homero was easy to work with. I was able to take a good long time looking over the car with no pressure. Once I decided I wanted the car the negotiations were quick and fair. Powerful and luxurious. The W12 engine is so smooth and surefooted and the interior appointments are pure luxury. The all wheel drive powertrain makes for astounding acceleration and handling. There's a reason why this bread of exotice luxury demands such a price

Bobby was our salesman, l found a car with everything we wanted on the vehicle. I've been looking at Cadillac's for months and every time we found what we wanted it was sold before we could arrange to get to it. I emailed the dealership the evening I found the vehicle, Bobby called the next morning as I had a few questions about it. Within 15 minutes after our first call he had my answers and we set an appointment to take a look at it. When we showed up to look, the car had been completely detailed and ready to go. As we were waiting on paperwork just about everyone working at the dealership stopped by Bobby's office to introduce themselves. My wife and I were treated with utmost respect the whole time we were there. I've never been treated that well at ANY dealership I've ever been too.
