I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 440i hardtop convertible, and shortly after buying it, the PCV valve failed. Not knowing what to do, I had the car towed to BMW of Columbia. Unfortunately, my third-party warranty denied the repair claim, but I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian as my service advisor. From the start, Sebastian was extremely helpful—he guided me through the claims process, communicated clearly, and helped sort everything out. My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!
