The service was a day long I thought it would be faster because it was only a recall but the person helping me told me they did an overall inspection to let me know the problem of my car however I let him know I knew it had a few I was going to get it done before the recall however he was helpful polite no complaints every one was polite . If I could, I would give them 20 stars! They never let me down when I need help. For instance, they picked up my car from the Starbucks when my tire was completely flat. They came to me took the keys and assured me not to worry about the rest. The service advisor, Jerry, arranged for my car to be picked up in a very short time. The tow truck driver, whose name I can't remember at the moment, was very quick and didn't let me worry about anything. He simply took my keys and took care of everything else.
