Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. My tire pressure monitor light came on so I took it to Cesar Pleitez. He fixed the problem even though it took almost eight hours of programming which is normal. I am very happy. SM BMW offered me Uber ride as well .
