Bob Aronson is a rare kind of used car salesman. Found a wonderful 2013 Kia Soul Exclaim, took the drive up, and was pleased to see that the vehicle was pleasantly “as advertised.” The car easily checked out at a dealer service department, amid many compliments about its condition and features. This is a car we wanted to purchase and came prepared to seal the deal. A redesign in model years was significant in terms of interior space. One of us couldn’t fit. So, we lost out on a really beautiful and very fair deal. Bob was extremely gracious and accommodating the entire time, honest, too.
In August 2009 I bought a 1994 Jaguar XJS coupe at Renaissance. Finding a XJS coupe in this area is a stroke of luck, and this is a very good one. It is easily the best car I have ever owned. I have it serviced here exclusively, and for good reason. Bryan McBrayer, the head tech here, is a certified Jaguar master technician and a fellow XJS coupe owner; he knows this particular car inside and out. I trust him and am completely satisfied with every service and repair I have gotten here. Several times he has tended to my car without me first making an appointment, which I really appreciate, and he has always given me a loaner car when I asked for one. Renaissance Motor Cars is absolutely top-notch. You cannot go wrong either buying a car here or having your car serviced here.
My recent experience with the service department was outstanding. From the cheery greeter, to comfy waiting room, to the professional and knowledgeable service rep Fernando .... outstanding. Fernando went over and above to correct my vehicle???s issues and I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you ! He kept me informed of the progress, made sure I understood the issues, took his time to explain things and was a pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience... Greg and Devyn are both wonderful. Greg has so much knowledge and experience that he made us feel right away that we were in the best of hands. We especially liked that he wasnt pushy and he spent a great deal of time making sure that we were truly satisfied. Devyn was top notch too. An expert at helping us old fogies with the fancy new technology, and just as patient, efficient and pleasant as can be. Both were exemplary, and we can assure you, you wont be disappointed.
I have always been customer service oriented and the amazing thing, I can say, is that every person on your staff got an excellent review. Our Sales person Wil Bean was very informative and stayed with us until we left the lot with our new car, very impressive.. Chad was so helpful with the technology piece and so friendly. Matt Merlino absolutely wonderful and spent a lot of time with my husband. There were 2 young adults at the concierge, unbelievable customer service, so friendly and helpful.. As we walked around, everyone was courteous always asking if we needed anything. I love my car and as far as I am concerned will be very loyal to BMW. You all deserve an award and should be recognized for exceptional customer service. Our finance guy was also very good.
Our salesman did a superb job. He made us feel right at home and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions including a lot of new information about the vehicle which we did not know.
He was just great to work with, we had to drive up from quite a ways off and had to work later than expected, he waited of us, did not rush us at all gave us all the time we could have ask for. Still waiting for settlement from insurance and seriously considering the car we looked at. We could have not asked for more consideration, He was awesome. Thank you.
So I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say jay there is no other place I would ever go to service or buy and new car from. David Shinn in the sales dept is the best. I’ve teventky been looking into buying a new car and he’s been super patient and understanding with me. He’s easy to talk to and run numbers with with there being no pressure which is nice because I find it to be an already stressful situation. They’re all super professional and pleasant!

Had trouble originally contacting service department, tried phoning and got busy signals ( numerous attempts were made over a period of time), tried online chat and was promised that I would be contacted shortly, was never contacted. Once vehicle got to service centre I received excellent service.
I had the most amazing experience of buying a new Mazda CX 5 from Mark Brown. He was so professional and so nice. He was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable about this car . I love this car, what a fun beautiful car. Mark even stayed late to show me how to work everything on my car .
