I have purchased 3 BMW's in the last 4 years from Thompson BMW. I was very satisfied with my trade in's and the price I paid for my vehicles. the service dept. is the best, vehicle done on time and returned cleaned inside and out, I did send my neighbor to Thompson BMW and she did indeed purchase a BMW from Thompson. Being an out of state Buyer can sometimes be nerve racking especially when you are dealing with a dealership that you have never dealt with. In this particular purchase I found Thompson BMW to be a great place to deal with. Any concerns I might have had in the beginning were quickly devolved. The salesman I dealt with was exceptional [Rob RIdgway] and resolved any concerns I had quickly and efficiently. I might add that I was looking for an X5 in 5 states with a specific exterior and interior color combinations and with specific options I wanted. It was a rare combination but Thompson was the only dealer in 5 states that had it. The whole purchase process was made a piece cake by Thompsons sales, finance, and service departments. I would certainly purchase a vehicle from them again! Excellent experience!

Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. They were upfront and helpful in helping me understand the repair costs and options for my older car. They even got pricing for me that was outside their service / dealership in order to lower the cost.

After searching the internet I found my Range Rover at Carsdirect.. I dealt with John and he was honest and transparent the whole time. Yes they do charge a dealer fee but I find it to be much less than what others were charging. John explained the Carfax in detail and I still ended up less than Carfax IMV with everything. Buying a car is nerve wracking but I have to say John P. made it as painless and enjoyable.. I will be referring my friends and family to their dealership.
