You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. He will help you throughout the process no matter what kind of customer you are. Overall, BMW of Fairfax is a great family to be associated with. Thank you for yet again amazing experience!

I was camping in the mountains with my dog when I awoke in the morning with a flat run flat tire. The tire pressure was down to 2 pounds. I managed to find someone who could pump the tire up in the middle of a remote camping area. I called my dealership Back in Philadelphia and my closest BMW dealership to my camping site in Allentown. The service advisor Webb call me back within a half an hour. He found out the size of my tire and called around and ordered one from 80 miles away. He had it delivered that day to the dealership. I drove to the dealership And everyone there was very friendly. My dog was treated as a VIP. They gave me a great price on the tire and checked the whole car out. It could not have been a better experience. The head service advisor Webb was unbelievably friendly and great and helpful. I would give them a five star out of five.

Jason Souder, our Salesman made our purchasing process easy. From the first phone call to the end of sale, he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. My husband being in a wheelchair made things a little more challenging for Jason, but he helped every step of the way even pushing the wheelchair for us. Highly recommend Jason for Salesman

Joel was extremely kind and knowledgeable from our initial conversation. He was able to help me with getting familiar with my SUV, even went the extra mile to go to the car with me to show me a few tricks with my SUV.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

The combination of Alexander Cash and Joe Rossman made for a great car buying experience. Alex was super understanding of my personal situation and extremely patient in navigating my requirements. It was a lot of discussion and we were able to collectively reach a deal I was happy with. Every question was received with the respect and consideration it deserved. Coming back to spend almost an hour with Joe sealed the experience. We identified one item that needed to be corrected on the tires and it was done before I left. Joe did a great job explaining all the nuances of the hybrid and even though this is my 4th Forester, I learned a lot! From my entry into the sales area, to Chris in finance, I never felt uncomfortable with my questions or my choices. The staff at Hendrick Subaru are awesome.
