New and used 2025 BMW 330 for sale near Heath, TX

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

Rudy was absolutely great! Easy to work with. I typically work with random service advisors whenever I go to BMW. Going forward, I will work with Rudy. Hope everyone who reads this review shares the same great experience!

Donavan Rene was very accommodating! A little misunderstanding at first, but everything workout great in the end. He was very helpful from beginning to end.

Bailee took excellent care of me and my experience Got the problem resolved quickly. Had brakes replaced a month.ago and the service light for the brakes came on. Sensor replaced.

Price was perfect for budget paid upfront no financing .Did not care for the finance department additional sales attempts for additional warranties & pre payments . Did not make sense for such a great brand , to me personally. Thank’s .

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. It has only been about 2 weeks since my wife and I purchased our BMWs, and I can't say enough positive things or show enough gratitude to Karim, Nicole, and Shameem for getting my wife and I set up with the right cars (2 at once!); Courtney for making the actual purchase & paperwork a breeze while going above & beyond to make sure I got the deal I was hoping for; and of course, Vinny- for being the best of the best, showing myself and my family that he really cared, making this whole experience fun while accommodating our busy schedules, and most importantly - for being such a great person that I truly feel like I have a new friend! This team of people came together to really make this experience worth writing about, and worth spreading the word to all. Our experience of buying a new Subaru CrossTrek has been great. Chris Lowery was great to work with and help us pick out the right car for us. Joseph Rossman came to my house and showed me how everything works on my new Subaru. Hendrick Subaru has been a great place to buy a car. Highly recommend.

Brandon took great car of us. Our service appointment was estimated to take three hours. I told Brandon i had to wait for the car. Brandon said he would keep an eye on the car as it was being serviced. I got the car back in just over two hours. I was very grateful.

I did buy 4 vehicles form thsi dealership and I always had a great experience with buying and also with the servicing for my vehicles . Best customer service overall with teh purchase and we are so happy with the dealership staff .

My X5's starter wasn't working and the Rockville dealer was able to get my car in immediately to have it looked at. The mechanics determined that the starter needed to be replaced. Ali worked with the insurance company to cover the repair under my extended warranty. In addition, Ali went above and beyond and offered me a loaner car for over a week so I wouldn't have to postpone my family vacation while my car was being serviced. That's great service!

Jake was great as always kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. My Jeep has over 300000 miles on it so it’s been in the service department a few times always pleasant customer service. Jake is a real asset to the company. The best!!
