We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. My service tech Theo was great! The dealership swiftly had me pull my car in for an unscheduled recall item ( i scheduled it from an email that i received about the recall, but they didnt notify the location). Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great experience even though it was a free recall service and i didnt even purchase the car from them😀.

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

Not often do you have a great experience buying a vehicle, for most of us it’s hard to know if you can trust a dealership and the sales department. Firas and Ahmad are top notch. No hassles, they give you all the information you need to make the right decision. Once all the paperwork is done Firas took the time to go over all the features and infotainment system in depth for me,and even hooked up my phone for me. Came to the dealership needing a new vehicle left with a new truck and new friends. 5 stars for everyone at imperial.

Brought my X3 in to troubleshoot the parking assist feature that was showing an error code. Ethan, as usual, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He let me know upfront the the problem is usually a sensor that was damaged. He was correct? Looked like a rock from the road hit it. As it wasn't a defect it would be an out of pocket cost. Ethan got the cost down as low as he could. Every time that I have brought the car to BMW of Shrewsbury I have been extremely pleased. I continue to use them as my " go to" BMW dealer.

Matt Roy is a terrific service manager for BMW in Shrewsbury. He’s exceptionally thoughtful, patient, kind and considerate. My wife and I have done business with him again and again over the years because of his ongoing commitment. He’s loyal and honest and incredibly kind to us. He’s been genuine and caring throughout. I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of the purchase , I was kept well informed, not rushed and very fairly treated. It is my first time buying a BMW and I'm sure not my last. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience so having trust in the people you deal with is of paramount importance.
