The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

I service was excellent. The workers were nice and very good and convenient at all times. Very helpful and fast consumer service. No problems at all.

No problems in the three years I have had the car. Great for commuting and for long trips. I have had no major expenses or issues

Our Saturn died at 328,000 miles. We were referred to Car Shop in Hatfield by a personal friend who had purchased a car there. We looked at several cars, guided by a great salesman, Mr. Dan Owens. He found a car and color we liked and he had it brought in from N.J. Bought it, took it home on a Saturday, a few minor issues were noticed. They fixed it on the following Monday. No hassle, no stress, great experience. Market prices high but if you understand supply and demand it's a no brainer....thanks Dan and service crew!

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

Had a flattening tire. Wantia, my service advisor, got me right in and replaced the tire under warranty. She did the inspection which was coming up saving me another trip. I was kept informed the whole time and because I was on calls, she gave me a quiet office away from the waiting area(which while lovely is not private). Excellent service dept in Devon BMW

This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.

Being an out of state Buyer can sometimes be nerve racking especially when you are dealing with a dealership that you have never dealt with. In this particular purchase I found Thompson BMW to be a great place to deal with. Any concerns I might have had in the beginning were quickly devolved. The salesman I dealt with was exceptional [Rob RIdgway] and resolved any concerns I had quickly and efficiently. I might add that I was looking for an X5 in 5 states with a specific exterior and interior color combinations and with specific options I wanted. It was a rare combination but Thompson was the only dealer in 5 states that had it. The whole purchase process was made a piece cake by Thompsons sales, finance, and service departments. I would certainly purchase a vehicle from them again! Excellent experience!

Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. I am grateful and would highly recommend this dealership and will look to them for help with our three BMWs.

Love my BMW 330i -it’s the BEST car ever over any other brand! You get what you pay for!! Bmw is a quality luxury car! I’ve owned several and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed with the interior and exterior features. They don’t call it The Ultimate Driving Machine for nothing!!

I loved this car but move into a convertible. Never had an issue with it. Garaged all winter. The car was maintained only by BMW and driven only in the spring and summer.

Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

Everyone at this location is very profession and respectful. They have recently renovated their facilities for the better. They don't try to up sell you on unnecessary options. They are fast and thorough. I would look to buy my next vehicle here, because they have earned my trust through their excellent service.

I love it! Havent owned long enough yet to rate 21' reliability properly..been in BMW for 23 yrs, 9th car.. never a big problem, once a part took awhile but no big deal. Will always drive B M W! At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

I'm never a fan of buying cars.. from start to finish Zachary was more than amazing... I literally can't say enough. I would give him 20 stars if I could. I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior.
