Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. Over the years I have purchased cars from top Porsche, BMW and Mini dealers in Spokane, Seattle, Portland, Salem, Eugene and San Francisco. My experience at Seattle Mini ranks at the top of the list. First they have an outstanding inventory as manual transmissions become difficult to find. More importantly my sales rep Kelli Daniels was truly exceptional. The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Now that I am retired, I wanted to cut cost by trading my M440i for something with a lower payment. I worked with Client Advisor, Sam Bhurgri who advised that I probably could get the savings I needed with an i4 xDrive 40. I was skeptical because I thought that model would be above the target monthly payment I needed and I also told Sam that I did not think that I wanted an all electric vehicle at this time. Sam suggested I drive it to see what I thought and he would work on the numbers. I asked Product Specialist, Ben Johnson to go on the drive with me since I knew so little about the electric vehicles. I am glad I did because Ben was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and gave me very helpful information. I ended up loving how it drove and was very sold on the vehicle. I also was very surprised to find out that with all of the incentives, Sam was able to get the payment down to where I needed it. Working with both Sam and Ben was such a great experience. They were very respectful, honest and helpful and special thanks to Sales Manager, Zahid Baloch for his involvement. I would gladly recommend working with them and BMW of Bellevue.

I called ahead to ask my sales associate, Jon Pollock, to hold a newly advertised certified Q7 for 4 hours while I drove from Portland to Seattle. Jon went out of his way to accommodate me and assured me the car would be waiting. He was friendly, engaging, and absolutely knowledgeable about the product he sales. During the test drive, I was given a brief summary of the features the car had and after returning to the dealership, I was given a more detailed explanation of the Q7’s amenities. The price was more than fair, the car was better than advertised, and financing got an interest rate for me that was lower than my own credit union offered. My service advisor, Justin Greider, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He is a great asset to Bellevue BMW. Since I brought my vehicle in for a 36 month check up, that I thought was to be covered under the 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty / service plan from the original acquisition of the car, I was caught a bit off guard by the cost of the service at about $1,500. When a vehicle is sold with what I thought was most all regularly scheduled maintenance covered for 36 months, it was surprising to find otherwise. Yes, I approved the maintenance items with cost attached to them, as without the proper expertise in the engineering of the vehicle, and lacking car repair and maintenance expertise, it is impossible for me to know better than BMW as to what should or should not be done to properly maintain the vehicle. Assuming the maintenance items performed were required, then they should be included in the warranty / maintenance program, since they were required within the 36 month period.
