I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I took my 2023 5 series in for a vibration in my front wheel and faulty lock. They gave me a loaner, found the problem and fixed it all at no charge. I can’t say enough about Luis and the service mgr Will. They always go above and beyond. Brian the financial mgr is terrific too! Lots of good people to make sure you keep coming back!

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He made it clear from the beginning that he was not here to be pushy and was only here to answer questions and help. This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

I was camping in the mountains with my dog when I awoke in the morning with a flat run flat tire. The tire pressure was down to 2 pounds. I managed to find someone who could pump the tire up in the middle of a remote camping area. I called my dealership Back in Philadelphia and my closest BMW dealership to my camping site in Allentown. The service advisor Webb call me back within a half an hour. He found out the size of my tire and called around and ordered one from 80 miles away. He had it delivered that day to the dealership. I drove to the dealership And everyone there was very friendly. My dog was treated as a VIP. They gave me a great price on the tire and checked the whole car out. It could not have been a better experience. The head service advisor Webb was unbelievably friendly and great and helpful. I would give them a five star out of five.

Took my 2016 Ford Escape for a battery replacement and Ben and Will from the service dept.were outstanding! They listened to my concerns and were very understanding and met all my needs. They get an A plus in customer service.

I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. The ride is smooth as silk and the price is definitely doable. If you're in Georgia check out Tolli Poff at BMW Gwinnett. You won't be disappointed!
