I found my potential purchase on Cars.com then contacted the dealership. The sales rep answered a few specific questions about the car and we quickly finalized the pricing. The car was put on hold. I visited and took a test drive and gave the final OK. We settled on the spot... quick and easy. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. The salesman and processor were friendly and easy to deal with. Overall a great experience.

This is the 3rd F30 3 series I have owned. It is the nicest, most comfortable, most powerful, and most fuel-efficient car I have owned.

Everyone at this location is very profession and respectful. They have recently renovated their facilities for the better. They don't try to up sell you on unnecessary options. They are fast and thorough. I would look to buy my next vehicle here, because they have earned my trust through their excellent service.

The only problem we had with this car is park brake rear pads sticking to the rear brakes rotor. BMW dealer in Tallahassee fl repaired this but it has happened again especially if Car hasn't been driven..Couldn't find a recall...Is this a problem or should I call BW assist?

I traveled from MI to PA to pick up what I thought was a good deal on a pre-owned 4-series. I saw it on Cars.com and was willing to give the vehicle and dealership a chance after multiple conversations with the sales staff. Once I got there, I was expecting some paperwork, maybe a "thanks," and a wave bubbye. Not so. I was greeted warmly, offered a drink, and was shown my new to me purchase. It was detailed and had a full tank. The paperwork took minutes, and the staff answered every question I had. After the sale, I had multiple questions and those were answered promptly and accurately. I wish they were closer. Next BMW purchase will be from them, even though I'm 600 miles away. Thanks again!

I purchased a certified used car at Otto's BMW in late March and had an incredible sales experience, including follow up contacts to ensure that all was going well and make sure all my needs were met. Three months later, I scheduled an appointment with an Otto's associate named Brian Menda to get a "lesson" on how to use many functions, including Navigation, music, and a list of other things. I cannot say enough for Brian's patience, knowledge, and demeanor in walking through and teaching me how to use many of the car's functions. Brian is awesome, as is the whole experience with Otto's!

This car met my needs. It’s sleek, clean, and the performance handles nicely. I like the exterior and interior colors. The technical features are amazing as well.

Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

My 2021 BMW 330i is perfect in every way. Design, fit and finish, interior appointments, electronics, all fit together into a stellar automobile. This is my first BMW. My other car is a hybrid. The dealer was easy to work with, the delivery was impeccable, and I could not be happier.

Kilian, Service Advisor, made the replacement of a few trim parts on my 640 i an easy and, overall, a terrific service experience. He set a time for my arrival at the dealership and within 30 minutes the parts were replaced and I was on my way home. I was very pleased with the pricing also.
