Came in to Rallye for the car???s first oil/filter change and tire rotation. Told my service rep Chy that I needed to be out quickly, and he made sure I was on the road before the time I requested. Fantastic!
The service folks at Rallye BMW did a fabulous job. Adam and his team got me in and out of within minutes with a loaner. Adam called me later that day and explained any issues. My vehicle was ready in a couple days and when I picked it up, which only took about 10 minutes, my vehicle was washed and cleaned and in perfect shape. Every time I???ve had to use Rallye Service it has been painless and extremely efficient so I could get right back to work without missing a half of day.
Alex was awesome! He worked very hard to make sure I was able to get the bmw of my choice at the price I can afford. He had a genuine level of honesty and was very knowledgeable and thorough when communicating to me about the M235i. He also shared great advise for me on what needed to be done to get it. The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations at every level! The diagnosis and explanation were presented in a way that I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. Every single one of the staff members were professional, polite and respectful!
All went well with Brian in sales. I previewed the car over the internet on Cars, got a deal sheet by email and drove from Maryland to New York here alll went well Until the business manager was so busy that I waited for an hour + to sign papers. After having leased a few BMW’s from dealerships, i found myself at the mamaroneck one. My sales guy was Lee and he was beyond helpful. I came near closing time and he spent almost 2 hours with me and stayed late to answer all my questions! Obviously i leased the car but even after his portion of the sale was over, to my surprise- he didn’t leave! He stayed until i finished everything and made sure everything went smooth and i was happy! What was even more shocking! He actually reached out about a month or 2 after i left just to see if i was happy with the car! I can say for sure that i won’t be leaving this dealership due to the care and kindness this sales rep showed me! Thanks so much Lee!
I highly recommend Lee Perozzo in Sales. I am on my 6th lease with BMW and I have had nothing short of excellent customer service from all! I have had different financial circumstances through the years. Lee kept his eye out for a good deal and they all made it happen on more than one occasion. Also, Extremely pleased with their Service Department in Portchester. They have all been top notch professionals!
Recently bought a used vehicle from bmw of Momeraneck. Everybody was nice but when I got there the car advertised on cars.com was not the car I found when I got there. After a seven hour drive I come to find out that many features advertised on this vehicle were actually not in the vehicle. Sunroof. Heated seats. Telescoping steering wheel. Backup camera. I feel it is the dealers responsibility to check the ads of cars they are selling through other sites. I still-loved the car, but having driven so far I would have hoped to get the exact car I wanted. So. Drove it home. The next day the clutch broke and I couldn’t drive it. So began the week long process of them wheeling and dealing with my local vw dealer about price to fix it. As I write this I still don’t have my car. Should they have caught this problem during their inspection? Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe they pushed it through inspection because they knew I was coming a long way. I’m sure legally they had no responsibility to repair myca. I bought it as is with no warranty. However they did reach a consensus with my vw dealer and took care of all financial responsibility for the repair. I’m thankful they did but then again I feel they should take responsibility. So they did the right thing. My impatience of not having my new car made for a very stressful week.
We were very happy with Justin our salesman and went over and above to answer any questions and take pictures for us. He personally did everything he could to secure our purchase. And the rest of the staff was fine. But cars.com needs to be called out. Copy and pasting car features is a deceiving practice.
Ray truly wanted to earn my business and it was felt from the initial meet and greet at the front desk. The entire walk around he assured me he was going to take of me and he definitely came through in the end. It took 2 days but we were able to make the deal.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
