I bought a Honda CRV from Paradise motorsports. The vihecle I bought was worth of the money spent. I have also visited the dealership for maintainance and services twice within a month where the disappointment of my buying experience come out into light. The car, which was said to have been inspected in TOYOTA greens, appears to be not properly inspected except the mere oil change it underwent. Within three weeks the car's AC system declined and the dealership asked me to pay 300 more to repair it. Another time, I took the vehicle for a serious maintainance and returned back my car with more new damages that didn't exist. They must have unskilled mechanic who barely work there to disgrace the work of the auto market. Having enough trouble with the dealership, I further researched on the marketing philosophy of the company and what comes out as the result is shocking. The auto dealer, just send all vehicles to TOYOTA greens for oil change. With that they get the certificate of inspection, which literally doesn't tell the whole story. With this in mind I suggest buyers to make the vehicles checked by professional experts.
My family and I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Quest from Audi of Lexington. We were very impressed by the high quality of customer service. Our salesperson, McCall Davis, was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that our experience was as smooth and positive as possible. Everyone we encountered was good-natured and treated me, and my family, very well. They even have a play-area for children, a most welcome amenity for us since we were car shopping with our family in tow. All in all, we drove off the lot feeling appreciated and most of all happy with our new vehicle.
Was going to purchase used vehicle but was found to have significant damage on detailed inspection. Rod gave me a heads up thus aborting the process. He could have proceeded to sell me the vehicle but didn’t.
Was looking for a very specific vehicle. Made contact with other dealers who played games. This was a very simple buying process, possibly the simplest I've had. Price was fair and reasonable buying fees. The car was extremely clean. It looked like an army of people cleaned every surface and bolt before I took delivery. The guys there seem like they know vehicles and would probably be helpful. I'd buy again, and given their inventory, I wouldn't be surprised if I head back there for my next car.

It is rare to find such integrity in the car business. This company has exhibited the highest of standards and were personally involved in finding us the right car. We are thrilled with both the customer service and the product!
Just bought a 2014 chevy Silverado Z71 4x4 from Rod at Paradise and for once it was a pleasant task. I always dread going to a car dealership because its usually very bad . Just the opposite at Paradise no pressure and great prices. Very nice folks at that dealership and I will go back.
We were so happy after the first time dealing with Don Franklin and our salesman Darryl Bond it was an easy decision where to go 2 more times! We got great deals with no stress or pressure, Darryl Bond worked hard and found us exactly what we wanted and got us a really good deal. I have and will continue to send people there including my parents! This IS the place to go! #007
After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
