I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. I had some questions regarding my extended service that I bought and they were very helpful in helping me understand my options. I would fully recommend this dealer.

I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I liked the business-like nature of the transaction. No playing games like a regular car dealership. Everything right up front and negotiations were handled at one sitting. Also, they were extremely responsive to our requests with regard to the things in our eyes that needed to be done to the vehicle, specifically detailing. After the deal was signed and sealed and in preparation for delivery, they spent almost 2 hours cleaning and detailing the vehicle using every machine and product available, front to back, inside and out, to make our used vehicle look nearly new. I know this because I went back and watched the detailing crew have at it. While we waited they let us take my trade-in and go have a bite to eat. Didn't really have to do that for us. Finally, walking the lot is like going to a car show. They have seemingly every vehicle from Supercars to Smartcars, and lots of them. All with prices clearly stated on the windsheild. Its an impressive operation.

My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .

In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!
I would highly recommend visiting Fields for your auto needs. Everyone treated my family like their family! Roger Carpenter worked with me to close the deal on my 2015 Ford Mustang. It didn’t matter to them if I was buying a $140K or a $20K auto. They treated us wonderful!
Ok wrote this once, cannot repeat it. Liking the 2007 Ranger. Pretty good deal. My only wish would be more honesty about the problems. I still would have bought it, but it would have been nice to be able to take it right into the shop and fix those issues. I don't like to learn while driving down the road. BUT again, I still would have bought the truck. Honesty IS the best policy. Ah well, Michael, next time,Be more frank, you will still seal the deal without any feelings of being mislead. Still hoping it isn't the "woman" factor. Thumbs are such
