I had been looking to lease a car for the past few months and after countless dealership visits, I came across Rallye. I was in contact with Robert Chae one day prior to purchasing a car from another BMW dealership in Connecticut and I am so glad that my call was forwarded it to him. Because I purchased out of state (first time doing so), it was honestly such a headache but he truly helped so much and I was able to get my amazing car at a great deal. He not only went above and beyond to assist (worked all day on his day off so I could get my car the next day) but he was also honest which I very much appreciated considering I've had less luck with other car sales men. The dealership itself is massive and they have a great selection and in my opinion the prices can't be beat. Pros: clean showroom, open Carfax access, a manager who knows their stuff. Cons: tight parking up front, had to circle around. But the price on the Jeep Grand Cherokee matched the online listing down to the cent.

I brought my mom to pick out a compact crossover and was worried they'd bombard us with special offers. But the manager spoke directly to her, not through me, and that earned big respect. They showed her two Audi Q8 options with different packages and gave us space to think.
