Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

ABZ is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The entire experience was great and all the staff were kind and friendly. We never felt pressured or stalked like a typical dealership. Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. Christian and Leo made sure all of our concerns were addressed. ABZ went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. The facility was super busy yet still took me in the same day I called. I had issues with my i3 and was hoping they could find the source of the problem. I was takes care of by Lauren Montez who was just amazing. She walked me through every process of getting my vehicle taken care of. She quickly got me into a loner car and I was in and out super fast. Lauren kept in contact with me while my car was inspected and quickly let me know if the service I would be needing. I am so glad I took my i3 there because it is an electric car and I know the service would be professionally handled. The price of service and parts was better than I thought it would be. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Mariana keeps me up dated on what needs to be done to care for my car, what I can expect the cost will be and helps to find best solutions for any difficulties that might arrive. She gives me the feeling that I have a person who cares about me. and listens to what I describe as issues. She is one of the reasons, after reviewing all of the similar competitor SUV’s for 2026, I decided to buy another BMW x5 hybrid.
