Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Principle BMW in San Antonio has gained a gold star in just the few months since I purchased my X7. John, my Service Advisor, is excellent and always available. Recently because of unusual circumstances he arranged to pick up my car for regular service even though we live 100 + miles from the dealership and return it to me since my husband had eye surgery and I was unable to leave him. During this time I was kept up to date on everything going on with my vehicle. Love my car and love this dealership.

I had previously refused to deal with the local Bmw dealer. Recently , Mr. Jim Teeter purchased the facility. Since the ownership change, my son bought a 2013 750LI from BMW of Tyler, and I bought a 2016 740I. The whole buying experience was great , a 5 star rating as shown above. Over all, the facility, the service dept, all have been a % star. Congrats to Mr. Tim Noble the salesman for both cars, and Jim Teeter's owner involvement in the whole process. I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.

While I did not purchase the vehicle from them, they were extremely helpful in answering questions I had on a vehicle. They went so far as to call a Hyundai dealership to further answer the questions I had about a used Hyundai sonata hybrid . They insured I had all the answers so thaould make an educated decision. My service advisor, Tim, was straight-forward and on top of communications throughout the repair. Transportation was provided. The work involved removing the driver seat to replace the seat cover. Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

The facility was super busy yet still took me in the same day I called. I had issues with my i3 and was hoping they could find the source of the problem. I was takes care of by Lauren Montez who was just amazing. She walked me through every process of getting my vehicle taken care of. She quickly got me into a loner car and I was in and out super fast. Lauren kept in contact with me while my car was inspected and quickly let me know if the service I would be needing. I am so glad I took my i3 there because it is an electric car and I know the service would be professionally handled. The price of service and parts was better than I thought it would be. Please don?t hesitate to visit Principal if your car needs service. I am so glad I went there. The facility was super clean and efficient. I will certainly be going back when I need service again.
