I’ve been a BMW driver for decades. Just purchased a 2024 x1 28i through Tonya Murray, a most professional and pleasant person to deal with. She tenaciously searched out the vehicle with my preferred colors exterior and interior and managed to get me exactly what I wanted delivered within a week. The car is gorgeous. And fun to drive.

My Service Advisor is Allison and I try not to work with anyone else. She is amazing I don't trust my M4 to just anyone but Allison makes the cut. She is thorough, knowledgeable and detail oriented with an incredible attitude. She deserves 10 stars 5 just isn't enough for what she does. Great Job Allison

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Quick in and out for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Expexted to wait 2-3 hours but was iut in 1.5 hours. Great customer service, clean facility.

My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!
