New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe eDrive40 for sale near Lucas, TX

Great professional customer service. The dealership is well organized and made the purchase process very smooth and efficient. They were also very informative and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to buy extras that I really did not need.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Had several service and repair issues that needed attention. Most things went well. Had one problem that they were having trouble repairing, but they worked eith me to resolve it.

Very professional service. Whole process a bit slow due to unfreezing of credit. But got a great car at a fair price.

He really took his time listening to what I wanted and showed me several cars on the lot and online until I decided on the car I wanted. Arrived on time but had to wait 15-20 minutes for my Service Advisor. He stated it would take about 2 hours and it did. Oil change and brake fluid service. Did not perform a general inspection although I was told they would. Engine air filters not changed with 16.5k miles on the car. I be doing it myself. Overall an acceptable experience.
