Not once did he show any frustration?instead, he took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and guide me in the right direction. He even noticed that my registration tag was expired, something I had overlooked, and brought it to my attention. When my car needed to stay in the shop for an extended period?right before the holidays?he made sure I had a loaner so I wouldn?t be stuck without transportation. Excellent service advisor who assisted me with routine maintenance on my vehicle. I was notified of a mechanical issue that was spotted during a 20 point inspection and the dealership tried to work with me on cost.

Overall very good experience. Gary was great waiting for me to close at the end. A lot of sales reps around. Couple of issues on line items not being correct but they accepted the mistake. Big area for improvement is the lack of privacy when negotiating and discussions on prices. I don?t need the neighbor next door to know or other sales reps. Sitting out in the open makes sense when you are finalizing paperwork for financing etc.

A wonderful, simple experience. A beautiful facility, gracious people who had time to listen and really communicate with me, and a well prepared car. A great way to buy a car.

Oscar Miranda took great care of me and his tech (unfortunately, I don't recall his name) went above and beyond to help me figure out a few things related to the Nav system and a long-term, irritating issue with my trunk partition. Will definitely go back.
