He answered all of my questions thoroughly, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Equally impressive was Shahid Warraich, the finance manager. The dealership manager was excellent and very helpful. He made everything easy for me as a customer. Service advisor was excellent and very helpful too. I?m just wondering why it was put on my service receipt that my car?s wiper blades needed replacement when I didn?t ask for it. Also, one of the tires of the loaner car that was given to me was having issues with its tire pressure. Lastly, I really appreciated the car washing that was complimentary after the service however I?ve noticed that it cause some scratches on my car. Handwashing is more preferable (and that?s what I always do) than machine car wash. But overall, the team was helpful.

Love my salesmen, Calvin, who really helped me and looked after my interests and got me the exact car I wanted at a fair price. Finance manager is excellent, and helped explain the complex financing options, etc. Everyone was incredibly responsive, transparent, friendly and helpful.

Had a maintenance service which cause a small part damage hence replacement. Waited for weeks to get it replaced. Through out the process the service advisor was helpful and responsive despite their subcontractors didn?t perform well, but I was updated promptly and apologetically by the service staff.
