I was very pleased with BMW of Sterling service department. I got in ok and then I received a Lyft ride back home and was promptly notified later that day via text that my vehicle was ready. At which time they arranged for another Lyft ride to pick me up from home and take me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle!! Please keep this service!!!! Great service from Greg Jackson. Had my car serviced with state Inspection and since my car was still within warranty, only had to pay the state Inspection fee. Car was washed, too, and the gentleman who guided me into the garage was really kind and helpful. Thank you both!
