New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe hatchbacks for sale near Glen Burnie, MD

Sean was great. My first time getting serviced after purchasing my first BMW and upon checking in he explained all of the services in detail that my car will need and when to expect it and how CBS works. Told him i needed my car done by lunch time and it was done before then. He got me scheduled for recommended services for a later date with no pressure and no issue. Car was returned back to me in excellent condition.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

It was very good. I just came for an oil change, but received additional needed services. The waiting area is comfortable. Service manager was very courteous.

BMW in Annapolis provides excellent service and you quick service. The facility is very clean. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. They treat you in a friendly matter.

I had planned to wait for my car but 2 mechanics were on vacation so, I was sent home and picked up via Uber/Lyft That was a great alternative for me

Needed recall work. Finished earlier than expected. Staff kept me informed throughout the process. Facilities are clean and modern. Coffee was good. Good overall experience.

He provided valuable advice, even when it wasn’t the right time to make a purchase, and let me know when it would be. This made me feel like he was genuinely looking out for my best interests. I’m planning to buy my next car from him, regardless of which dealership he works at! Ricky, the finance manager, was also incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all my question. He didn’t rush me into making a decision but gave me the time and attention I needed to make an informed choice. I truly appreciated his time and patience. Max was also great! He offered to have food delivered to me while I waited for my deal to seal because I had been there for so long! I’ll happily return to this dealership, which is a 1.5-hour drive from my house, rather than the ones that are only 20 minutes away because of the exceptional service I received. I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.
