He was there anytime I needed to call about any questions about the vehicle, and made it simple and easy for my husband to bring the car home. Got a 2026 BMW X5 from out of town but BMW of South Austin is my local dealership. Jalen and team were very helpful in getting a non warranty issue taken care of free of charge. I’ve been using BMW of San Rafael for several years, having both purchased and leased cars from them as well as having them serviced. I’ve owned Audis, VWs and Toyotas in the past. This was my first BMW dealership and it really is a step above the rest. Everybody here seems to enjoy being there and takes pride in their work. I can’t recommend Artem in the sales department enough. I first purchased a used just off lease 2018 X3 M40i which I love and have out many miles on. It’s held up well. Several years later he also helped me put together my dream car order of an M4 and he’s a wealth of information when it comes to all things M. The service department has been good to my cars with work being done properly and punctually. Matteo, Tom and the rest in service are a pleasure to deal with including great communication and follow thru. They’ve exceeded my expectations on several occasions and other clients I’ve met have expressed the same so my experience there isn’t unique.

Jose is great, the slo BMW is clean and no pressure. They make the process easy. Kirk the Finance Manager is a real professional.

While shopping for a used Vehicle (not a BMW) I stumbled upon a great 2015 BMW X3 that fit well within my budget. Darren Wilkerson was our sales person at Niello and he was great. He made the car buying process an overall great experience by really listening to what we needed and delivering on that. He wasn't pushy, took time to explain some of the newer features, gave us a great test drive and in the end made sure we got the car we wanted. Simply put, I plan to buy from Darren and Niello again and recommend others do too.

The body shop did a great job with repairs. The receptionist and our contact person, Guy, were friendly and helpful.

Good service advisors. Good techs. Video describing condition of vehicle enhances customer experience. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Somewhat expensive, but in general a wortwhile expense.

It was a bit rocky in the beginning, but we've had to take our Tesla in and out of the shop since we received it. However, "JOHN" in the service department has been amazing so far! We're currently waiting on a tire and wheel alignment once we get the car back from Tesla. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation! They are dedicated, compassionate, and provide excellent customer service!

The Tulsa BMW Service Dept has made a huge effort to improve their customer experience in the last year. They have redone the show room and waiting area, hired exceptional people, and made the service experience pretty seamless. My preferred advisor is Jonathan. He always goes above and beyond when I bring my car in. He is VERY knowledgeable about the cars, inside and out, and he really makes taking your car in for repairs, as painless as possible. I?m so grateful Tulsa now has a great dealership, to go with the exceptional car.
