New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe hatchbacks for sale near Lansdowne, MD

It was very good. I just came for an oil change, but received additional needed services. The waiting area is comfortable. Service manager was very courteous.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Sean was great. My first time getting serviced after purchasing my first BMW and upon checking in he explained all of the services in detail that my car will need and when to expect it and how CBS works. Told him i needed my car done by lunch time and it was done before then. He got me scheduled for recommended services for a later date with no pressure and no issue. Car was returned back to me in excellent condition.

Good customer service is hard to find in sales but Audi Rockville has mastered it. The priority was not just making a sale but to make sure my needs were met and that I felt heard and covered. Everyone was patient and provided detailed information about all of my choices and options. 10/10 would recommend.

BMW in Annapolis provides excellent service and you quick service. The facility is very clean. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. They treat you in a friendly matter.

He provided valuable advice, even when it wasn’t the right time to make a purchase, and let me know when it would be. This made me feel like he was genuinely looking out for my best interests. I’m planning to buy my next car from him, regardless of which dealership he works at! Ricky, the finance manager, was also incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all my question. He didn’t rush me into making a decision but gave me the time and attention I needed to make an informed choice. I truly appreciated his time and patience. Max was also great! He offered to have food delivered to me while I waited for my deal to seal because I had been there for so long! I’ll happily return to this dealership, which is a 1.5-hour drive from my house, rather than the ones that are only 20 minutes away because of the exceptional service I received. Reoccurring suspension problem remains unresolved. Problem results in eating up tires in 20k miles of highway miles. Effects handling of car to some minor degree. Driver is a senior citizen. Fifty years of driving. No road or drag racing. No other drivers. Third BMW, never had this problem.

Facilities will be great when the renovation is complete. Until then, it?s a bit cramped inside and out. It has taken far too long.
