Simple process - gave me a very aggressive and fair offer for my X5 - buying process was easy and I got my car right away

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Once again, Ms. Huffman provided world-class customer service. Very knowledgeable and thorough. She is clearly the best out of numerous other service representatives I’ve dealt with over the years. She is my choice for service representative of the year! You have a keeper!

Great service from Greg Jackson. Had my car serviced with state Inspection and since my car was still within warranty, only had to pay the state Inspection fee. Car was washed, too, and the gentleman who guided me into the garage was really kind and helpful. Thank you both!

Process was uncomplicated. Sales person, Thomas, was extremely professional. Finance Manager Jaafar was not pushy and extremely professional. Kamran gave me a rundown of the operating procedures. All theee people are exemplary employees in my opinion.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

Had an awesome experience with salesman -Erick Bautista from beginning to end of purchase at BMW of Fairfax. Originally found my Range Rover Evoque online. Reached out to dealership and spoke with Erick. Completely professional, personable, knowledgeable and NOT pushy! Immediately sent pics/ info on car along with carfax. Very transparent!!! I usually dread going to buy a car. Not this time! It was the best experience I have had to date. The dealership is beautiful and all parts of the deal went like a good oiled machine. We recently acquired a 2025 BMW i4 x-drive at BMW of Fairfax, VA and are very happy with it. The first day we worked with Darren Andre and did a test drive and he very thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions about the car. Clearly, he knows a ton about these cars. Then, a couple of days later, we did the sales process with Jordan Warnecke. Both were very professional and knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything. The sales process with Jordan went very smoothly and was hassle free. He quickly determined our preferences and laid out our options and discounts available to us. He was courteous and efficient. When I took delivery of the car, there was a pouring thunderstorm, but he made sure I understood the basic controls of the car so I could get home safely. And he later followed up with a second session to explain the car controls in more detail. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend BMW of Fairfax to others.
