Sales people not knowing about the product, the negotiation hassle, trips to the manager, unnecessary and overpriced options etc. what a refreshing change at NW BMW. Morgan was a pleasure to deal with. Negotiations were pleasant and short, finance was a breeze and insurance a delight. Even the “genius” who helped set up the car was great. It’s a pity this is likely my last car. It seem as though I saved the best until last.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.
