New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe hatchbacks for sale near Nevada, TX

It had been 10 years since I last purchased a BMW so I needed help understanding the latest models. This dealership was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire buying experience.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Quick in and out for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Expexted to wait 2-3 hours but was iut in 1.5 hours. Great customer service, clean facility.

The sales process was very smooth, efficient and the most stress free I've ever been through. You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. He will help you throughout the process no matter what kind of customer you are. Overall, BMW of Fairfax is a great family to be associated with. Thank you for yet again amazing experience!

Excellent BMW dealership - very customer focused. Staff members made me feel welcome as I entered the establishment. My salesperson knew everything I needed to know to get a real good first impression not only with him but with the vehicle I was to purchase. In and out of the Finance office in less that 30 minutes. (as promised). Car was super clean with a full tank of gas.

my car needed a lot of work and they told me which ones were strictly necessary. I looked at other prices from other car repair shops and the dealerships prices were very competitive. I felt more confident using the BMW shop to get my repairs. They were very responsive and helpful I made a mistake by bringing the car in on the wrong day and they were able to help me out. Overall, I have confidence in the BMW dealership and the service managers.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.
