Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. This is why we keep coming back… Everyone is friendly and welcoming they continue to go the extra step to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The employees may have changed over the years but the standards and expectations as a customer are still exceptional. From the Sales Department, to the Technicians and the Service department and every where in between you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Which is why I would highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills everyday.

BMW of Annapolis is phenomenal. From us finding a car we lived on line, to our outstanding sales person Andrew to the best service contact ever, Jane, I can?t say enough how accommodating and easy they have made this purchase and follow up.

Reoccurring suspension problem remains unresolved. Problem results in eating up tires in 20k miles of highway miles. Effects handling of car to some minor degree. Driver is a senior citizen. Fifty years of driving. No road or drag racing. No other drivers. Third BMW, never had this problem.

Facilities will be great when the renovation is complete. Until then, it?s a bit cramped inside and out. It has taken far too long.

The staff at BMW of Towson was so helpful and professional. They were never pushy in their customer service which I appreciated having had bad experiences at other places before. They answered the many questions I had and were so patient with my slow decision making. I was also buying a used non bmw car but I felt that they treated me like I was buying the most expensive bmw. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had many questions regarding the functions and option available on the vehicle and the staff was always helpful (and patient) while providing explanations. I would recommend the dealership my friends. Very good service.
