Recently purchased and process was swift and handled well. Felt compelled to “try” other brands over the past several years. Some good and some bad but it’s the total process of car ownership that drew us back to BMW. BMW prett much outmatches most brands as far as driving dynamics. They were honest and trustworthy. The car needs a training course to operate. I wish they trained us better. It's still a 3 hour deal to complete everything. I would recommend them though.
