He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. Came in for a pre purchase inspection that was estimated to take 2 hours and they had it done within the hour. They were very professional and explained any issues they saw. Waiting room was great with drinks and snacks and a tv to watch.

The technician provided the link with the detailed inspection & quick response. We have the experience of great service. The rest area have been nice and good of providing drinks & coffee if needed.
