New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe hatchbacks for sale near University Park, TX

The sales staff at Century West BMW was helpful in answering my questions about a vehicle I was interested in buying. Although we did not complete a deal, their helpfulness and level of service made my experience with them a pleasant one.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Christine handled my requests remotely for a couple days until the car was ready. Alex took me on a test drive and taught me how to use all the electronics. He?s a great product specialist. Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Arrived on time but had to wait 15-20 minutes for my Service Advisor. He stated it would take about 2 hours and it did. Oil change and brake fluid service. Did not perform a general inspection although I was told they would. Engine air filters not changed with 16.5k miles on the car. I be doing it myself. Overall an acceptable experience.

My service advisor Carlos always gives great customer care, he is an asset to BMW Norwood. Whether it is something simple like a state inspection sticker or dealing with a repair, he always professional and helpful.

Really appreciate Wendy who helped me through the buying process for my i4. She helped from initial contact, the buying process, and even a follow-up to make sure things are good. I dinged one star for the buying process because it took a while to get financed and contract signed but that wasn't her fault. It was just that there were a number of others that needed help at the same time. The buying experience there was good.

Had an issue with software and car charger. bMW took care of both issues and provided a loaner car. Car was cleaned and detailed when I returned and all issues were resolved.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend. A bit expensive, but that's the brand.
