I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Ronaldo was very helpful with setting up the repairs for my car. He explained the process professionally and efficiently, I would highly recommend him as a service rep to anyone coming in for a repair.

Smooth purchase experience. Did not try adding on additional cost or pressure you to purchase additional warranty. Just advertise price plus tax, title, registration and reasonable dealer fee.

Nothing short of amazing. I purchased a 330e and luck would have it that things didn?t work as planned when I bought the car.
