New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe for sale near Lucas, TX

Had to bring my car in for a routine check up plus a few other items I noticed. Jalen and the team were great at diagnosing the issues (without overselling) and provided quick and timely updates.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Though I had no repairs on this car, I have had dealings with the Service Dept. for years with my old car and know they do a good job and keep you informed as to what stage they?re in with your repairs. It's actually been about a year and a half now since I got a car from these folks, but after getting a couple other cars at other dealers, I've been inspired to come back to do this review. If you ever find yourself wanting to buy a car sight unseen, and have it shipped to you, without any drama or hassles, don't count on it. Unless you buy a car from BMW of Bend that is! Cheesy I know, but they did everything right, sent me photos and a video, got me an awesome rate at a local CU and even brought my car to my front door in a covered trailer 175 miles away, in the snow the whole way. It's a bummer that one can't expect a hassle free experience at all dealerships, but that's the way it is. Thankfully there are dealerships like Kendall BMW Bend!
