New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe for sale near Midlothian, TX

I (and my family) are long time BMW customers and Laurel BMW is our place to go. We have made some consistent and really good relationships there which keep us coming back for sales and more often service. My most recent visit for my 5 series was more maintenance than repairs, but it was handled efficiently, professionally with an extra eye to go through my car (103,000 miles) to keep me going safely and comfortably until I am ready for the next one

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I appreciate how kind and helpful my sales person Jose Chichipa was. He really took his time listening to what I wanted and showed me several cars on the lot and online until I decided on the car I wanted. It took me several hours over the course of two days to finally come to a decision yet Jose was very patient and professional the entire time and made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone interested in buying a BMW.

Found a service light on my dashboard in the middle of a road trip thousand miles away from home. Call the closest BMW dealership and that was Baron BMW. They were able to accommodate our needs took care of us and with less than 12 hours out of commission, they had fixed the front brakes, oil, change, etc. The best best experience. Stevens Creek BMW is one of the rare dealerships that are actually pleasant to work with. While I have a BMW dealership in my local city, I drove 3 hours to Santa Clara because of how much better they do business at Stevens Creek. It does make a difference.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.
