New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe for sale near Redding, CT

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Several weeks ago, I was looking at a certified 2021 X6 on your lot. A salesman happened by and I asked him about it. He introduced himself as Chris Lee, with a nice firm handshake, and began to impress me with how much he knew about this car amongst literally hundreds of used cars on your lot. He offered to pull up a sales sheet with all the pertinent information and then offered to let me test drive it. I was amazed at how much technology was incorporated into this vehicle but Chris kept showing me one cool feature after another. It was as if he had owned the car himself. Needless to say, he sold me on the car. As it was already late on a Saturday evening I tried to put a deposit on the car but was advised that the dealership doesn't honor deposits - that cars are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. So I arranged to come in the next Monday afternoon to purchase it. Unfortunately, it had already sold and, naturally, I was quite disappointed. Chris instead focused my attention on the new X3's and virtually "jumped through hoops" showing me many different X3's in various color combinations of exteriors/interiors. Due to his expertise on these vehicles, much like his knowledge of the X6, I was soon ready to purchase a brand new X3 from your dealership's in-house stock. Had an unforeseen situation not arisen involving my son working for a competitive automobile group, I would have signed a purchase agreement with Chris that afternoon. From this experience, the thought occurred to me that if all of Principal BMW of San Antonio's salespeople were as efficient and knowledgeable of the BMW product line as Chris Lee, you all (with the exception of your excellent service staff) could just go home. There wouldn't be any more BMW's to sell at your dealership; you'd be sold out! Kudos to your outstanding employee, Mr. Christopher Lee! Greg Birdsall proud new owner of an X3

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I had a flat tire and drove from Warrington, VA to the sterling dealorship on the run- flat tire. I called the parts rep and he reserved a tire and the Service rep (Mauricio) squeezed me in. I really appreciate that and was back on the road in a couple hours.
