New and used 2025 BMW i4 Gran Coupe for sale near Wyndmoor, PA

Wayne was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were there to test drive!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Service on my X7 today was excellent from start to finish. Service manager and staff kept me well informed and updated on service progress. Also, valet technician, Ben, was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional, which made the service experience stress free. Thank you, Dan O’Hara

This is a tough market and I shopped many places. I had an all around great experience at Otto's BMW! Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. I am grateful and would highly recommend this dealership and will look to them for help with our three BMWs.

Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

Smooth and easy process. Pulled in service center to drop car off, grabbed the loaner car and went on with my day. Returned in the afternoon, everything completed as requested.
