We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. This was my first time and I was pleased with the service and overall customer service. A new showroom and I assume customer lounge is under construction. In the meantime, perhaps they can provide some surge protectors and/or a charging station for customers waiting in the temporary space. Thankfully, the chairs were comfy and I was done fairly quickly.

I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Douglas RJ Daugherty for the exceptional service he provided during a very stressful time for my family. In the days leading up to my son Josh Jr.?s return to Bucknell University on Sunday, August 24, we discovered that our 2021 BMW X3 was experiencing a coolant leak and issues with the heating module. We were aware the repair would be necessary at some point, but we believed we had more time to address it. Unfortunately, the leak began to worsen quickly?forcing us into a time-sensitive and difficult situation. With my son needing a reliable vehicle to get back to school, and the weekend quickly approaching, we were facing the possibility of either getting the work done immediately or trading in the vehicle entirely. I explained the urgency of the situation to RJ, and that?s when he truly went above and beyond. RJ moved mountains to make the repair happen. He arranged for a technician to work on the vehicle on Saturday, August 23?something that required going out of his way to coordinate and make special accommodations. He didn?t have to work that hard to help us, but he did, and it made all the difference. Not only did RJ get the repairs scheduled and completed, but he also explored financing options to ease the financial burden and even took the initiative to investigate our third-party warranty in hopes of helping us recover some of the repair costs. Throughout the entire process, RJ was professional, compassionate, and incredibly committed to helping us. My wife and I were extremely worried, but RJ?s persistence, communication, and reassurance helped ease our minds and gave us confidence that everything would be taken care of?and it was. I am truly grateful for RJ?s efforts and felt compelled to reach out to his leadership.
