Not once did he show any frustration?instead, he took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and guide me in the right direction. He even noticed that my registration tag was expired, something I had overlooked, and brought it to my attention. When my car needed to stay in the shop for an extended period?right before the holidays?he made sure I had a loaner so I wouldn?t be stuck without transportation.
