I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 440i hardtop convertible, and shortly after buying it, the PCV valve failed. Not knowing what to do, I had the car towed to BMW of Columbia. Unfortunately, my third-party warranty denied the repair claim, but I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian as my service advisor. From the start, Sebastian was extremely helpful—he guided me through the claims process, communicated clearly, and helped sort everything out. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. I worked with both Adam and Mike Meyer who are part of what I would consider a more professional sales team than many other local car dealers. They know their product and we were able to agree on a fair deal over a 24 hour period. The dealership has grown and their inventory is much larger than in the past. Once we closed on a car, I came back the next day to learn about all the bells and whistles that have been added since my last car. Mike was outstanding in his knowledge of the vehicle and was patient in his instructions, I would feel very confident contacting him should I need further help.
