Excellent overall experience working with this dealership from two different salespeople and the sales manager. Ordered a car for me without hesitation or trying to push a car in their inventory. Once car arrived Shyann picked up the sale due to my original sales person’s promotion to a different department. Seems my car was not completely ready so had to come back to complete the process and that lasted 5h vs 1h initially communicated + i was asked to pay (so communication between services could be enhanced)

Really appreciate the excellent service and help from Angela. I was scheduled for routine maintenance and when I arrived asked about preemptive change of my 12 v battery, and during inspection was found I needed new rim and tire. Not cheap 😂, but car done in the same day!

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
