Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

I've been working with Devin Vargo since he started at Hendrick BMW in Charlotte. Devin is always incredible nice, personable, willing to take the time to discuss everything and any questions I may have, and is overall the main reason I continue bringing my car back to Hendrick BMW. He never tries to force my hand on any decisions, and will make sure I have all of the necessary information to make an informed decision on my own. The only reason I did not rate the dealership 5/5 for everything is that the dealership is noticeably more expensive than anywhere else you will get work done. However, you do know that the work will be done to a high standard of quality and if anything does go wrong you know they will fix it.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Worked with Shontel Wilson to buy a used car from United BMW. He was great to work with and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. It was actually the best experience with buying a car at a dealership I have ever had. Everyone we dealt with was top notch and very friendly. It only took 2 hours to get everything done. I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving.
