We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

My appointment was arranged and confirmed from my home PC. Excellent facilities. Professional service writers and attendants. Services were performed in a timely manner while I waited.

Our client advisor, Martik Gharibian, was fantastic. We just went to look at a X7, but he was so gracious to give test drives. He was calm, polite and extremely professional. He did not pressure us at all because the car sold itself. Martik search all across other dealers to see if he could get the car, with the exact options we wanted and found it! One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process.
