I met and got to know Sam Amer over about 3 days of negotiation on the price of a 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali that I ended up purchasing on Monday February 22. Sam was always extremely friendly, very responsive, and did everything he could do to make sure I had a great sales experience. Sam's manager Fred was also very helpful and instrumental in the process. I would absolutely buy from DeMontrond GMC again in the future.
While traveling from Florida to Wichita KS my van developed a battery charging problem outside of Broken Arrow, OK. This dealership was so nice and took the van when no appointments were available. My van was repaired and I am now enjoying family in Wichita.
I'm grateful to everyone involved for getting my wife and I back on the road.

After spending numerous hours over a few days, he had thoroughly answered my questions, competently demonstrated and explained the new tech features, and never pressured me about buying. Just the opposite - - I got the distinct sense that this guy was there to serve and work for me, and he truly did. I like subject matter experts who are up front, open, honest and straight forward with a passion for service, and Randy is just that. I do not normally post reviews but I had to for this dealership. I have been searching for my dream car for over a year and have dealt with private sellers, low and high volume dealerships and some of the worst customer service you could possibly imagine. My search included over twelve states and twenty dealerships. I have to be honest, when I reached out to Ziegler my optimism was at an all-time low and I was ready to call it quits. I first made contact with Kyle Nagy from the sales department. Kyle was very prompt in responding and following up to my inquiries. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I made numerous requests and inquiries that most salespeople would have thought of as burdensome. Kyle always delivered and maintained his professionalism even in the most heated of discussions. When I returned to close the deal I noted that even Ziegler’s shuttle driver was a class act who shared a wealth of stories, pictures, and knowledge about cars. The *only* complaint I would have is that I was not informed that BMW ConnectedDrive would be discontinued on my car only a couple of months after my purchase. This rendered most of the safety features useless and absolutely would have been nice to know beforehand. Aside from that, I would recommend this dealership based on their promptness, professionalism, and inspiring inventory.
To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. This was my first time at this service department. I made an appointment for 7:30 am on a Saturday and wash shocked to see a line from the service department area that stretched out to the street. The service team members worked quickly to get all the customer's cars into the area and written up. Mr. Green was my service adviser and he listed me regarding my concerns for my 2016 Nissan Altima. Upon further inspection of my vehicle they discovered that a part had gone bad on my car and immediately asked me how to proceed. I asked if I could see the part on the car, as I am always looking for knowledge regarding the vehicle I am driving and being a woman this will also help me to identify location of parts for further research. He never even hesitated to take me into the service area to show me the worn out part. Upon inspection I authorized the repairs and was later told that the part was not in stock at present but he had already placed an order for it an would expect it within a few days. I really appreciate the honesty, customer service and detail work that is being done at this dealership. It appears that everyone at this location works as a well groomed team customer satisfaction is key here. The waiting area is within the showroom and that early in the morning it was very quite as most customers still not awake. There was a constant brewing of coffee for customers. While I waited every employee entering the area said, "Good Morning", which shocked me as most service area employees never say a word to you while you wait. First time here and I will becoming back again for future service to my car. Thanks to all who made my first visit a pleasurable experience.
From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.
Took my 2012 328i coupe for oil service with the new promo $80, kris took care of me immediately with 5 star service. The best advisor!! Car came out driving like new!!

Both the sales team (Scott) and service team (Cam) are wonderful. Scott got us an excellent deal on a 2017 MDX Advance series and Cam got my 2006 RL serviced perfectly so I could pass an inspection. Can't wait for the 2018 TLX to come out for our next Acura. Daughter loves her 2016 ILX Tech seris too. Finance team is the best around. Overall a great team.

Thomas Classics offers not only amazing cars but also a fabulous buying experience. The car was exactly as described and everything that I wanted. I had waited for years, mortgage...kids in college...life, to purchase a sports car and finally was able to do it. Thomas Classics had the car but having never purchased a car based on photographs alone was a bit wary. My first conversation with Allison put me completely at ease and we did the deal. They offered to arrange transport but I chose to fly to Cleveland and then catch a ride to Akron so that I could drive the car home to Annapolis, Maryland.
The Thomas Classics showroom is absolutely unassuming and at the same time absolutely stunning. It is filled with the most beautiful automobiles. Chad's (the owner) magic isn't in selling cars...it is in choosing cars that sell themselves. Every car there is on the list of every car every car aficionado would want to drive. Heck, I would be happy just to look at them much less drive them. But all the cars there are driver's cars...they were meant to be on the road.

I arrived at Thomas Classics on a Saturday morning. The car was ready and waiting for me. The business end of the deal took less than 10 minutes...really. It was easier to buy the car than it was to pay for my breakfast that morning. Allison was great. Chad showed me around the showroom and I did my best to not drool on all of the beautiful machines. But there was a car waiting for me to drive to her new home. They had tags on her, the top was down, she was fully fueled, tire pressure was spot on and the dip stick showed fresh oil to the mark. I said my thank you's and goodbye's and aimed the pointy end of the machine toward the highway and pushed the pedal on the right down.
400 miles of smiles, a bit of sunburn, and about a bazillion dead bugs later we were home. I promised her a good washing in the morning. To be honest, I had as much fun washing her the next day as I had driving her.
I guess the point off this rambling review is that if the perfect car is what you are looking for then you should look at what Thomas Classics has to offer. You will not be disappointed. The cars are perfect and the customer service is outstanding.
And from me to you...don't put your car on a transporter. Put your butt in the seat and your right foot down...but beware the siren song of an amazing engine taching up as you shift through a buttery smooth gearbox lest you next hear the siren song of the State's finest...as its unlikely that the flashing lights are to escort you home.

I've owned many fine automobiles; and have good buying experiences at Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, et al. But there is no match to the professionals at Ferrari of San Francisco! Safa Bodagh was my sales rep; and he was THE BEST! In addition to simply being very personable and friendly, he was very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. He had clear and understandable answers to all my many questions: about Ferrari's in general and about the few cars I was considering in particular. (I ended up with a 2013 "California" with less than 7000 miles! The car was more affordable than I had anticipated and in - essentially - like-new condition!) Safa has had many years working with the Ferrari brand and that really comes across. He was also always responsive. He returned phone calls quickly and was willing to spend as much time with me as I wished. I drove away in the car knowing that he would always be there if I needed anything in the future. And finally, but most importantly for me, he was very patient. Even when I forgot far too many particulars, or my crazy schedule sometimes created challenges that made things more difficult than "normal", he was always cheerfully willing to go out of his way to accommodate me. And while I would strongly recommend searching Safa out as your rep, I had enough interactions with other members of the SF Ferrari sales-team, that I am confident you can expect great service from all of them! I must mention Deanna Cross in particular - who handled the "business end" of the transaction. She too was very personable and made that too-often uncomfortable process easy and simple. A big note of appreciation to her as well! All in all, I can very strongly recommend Ferrari of San Francisco as a fine place with which to do business!

My husband and I just leased our fourth BMW from Rick Arendt and Mark Harrington last weekend and couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism, taking the time to listen to what we wanted in terms of model,and features and the price range that we were hoping to stay within. We didn't need to,wait long before they had a few 2017 X3 models that met our criteria and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle that we left the dealership with that day. Earlier during the week that I ended up,trading in my 428ix, I blew out the sidewall of my tire when I hit a curb to avoid hitting a squirrel. My first instinct was to reach out to Rick after speaking with BMW Assist since it was getting late and I wasn't sure if the Service Department was open. Rick told me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and we would figure out the logistics of working it into the schedule. I followed up,with BMW Assist and arranged for them to pick up my car the early the next morning. I followed up with a call to the Service Department when they opened at 7:00 am and Karen answered the phone. I filled her in on my plight and she also,told me to go ahead and have the car towed in. I asked Karen if it was possible for me to get a loaner car, despite this not being a warranty issue, and she said that they didn't have enough loaner cars for the scheduled appointments that morning. She called me back later that morning to advise me that there was a service cancellation and that she could put me into a rental car! I could probably write a mini-novel about how Karen and Rick went above the call of duty but I'll close with this: BMW of Seattle is the epitome of professionalism, excellent customer service and vehicle service. On March 3rd of last year I purchased my first BMW from Reeves Import Motorcars. I test drove a CPO (2012) 128i and knew I had to have it. I asked my Service Representative Johnathan Weihman and the Service Manager Kevin Walker about some unusual wear on two spots of my Boston Leather Interior. Even though out of warranty they checked with BMW USA and replaced the parts - I was only responsible for the labor. A loaner car and a couple of days later my BMW was perfect again. From the purchase process to the outstanding service, Reeves makes it easy. They appreciate your investment in their product and treat you like family.
