On April 7, I walked thru the Pre-owned section,which I do frequently This day however I was going to buy New. Having spoken to David on many occasions, I spotted him talking to another customer, and when he had finished, I explained what I had in mind, but had to leave, and asked him to see if one was available or possibly build as he suggested. Anyhow when we came back later that evening, he had located the exact car, and he also found two others exact car different colors, just for comparison. Within 30 minutes the deal was completed, and we picked the car up on our schedule, which was a few days later. This is my second Porsche, and having dealt with the Service Dept. which is second to none, and there outstanding Parts Dept. I knew exactly what to expect, and it lived up to expectations. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy. He has always treated me great, I do not think David knows the word pressure, he was so easy, and pleasurable. From switching over from a Mercedes amg to this... words can not describe how happy I am! I can’t find not one thing wrong with this car! So happy with my choice. The power and reaction is amazing!
My husband and I recently purchased a previously owned 328i in the Bay Area from one of the BMW dealerships. We decided to move service to Stevens Creek BMW due to in adequate service at another dealership. I was lucky enough to get helped by Ricardo who is amazing. He went above and beyond evaluating and determining the exact status of this car we recently purchased. Through his attention to detail and just overall high level of customer service, he discovered a few repair issues that were over looked prior to purchase. He worked extensively with our extended coverage we purchased to have an inspector come to location and approve the repairs to be done. We are really grateful and now feel we safe and that our carnis in great running condition. Especially since our son will be driving it a lot as well. I’ recommend Ricardo and Stevens Creek BMW any day of the week!
Tyler was informative and helpful, he also waved-off the visit fees($50) which is applicable for each visit, after the BMW 4 year warranty expires until you have CPO warranty, i was just couple of days out of warranty and he was considerate enough and courteously waved it off. I went there for the engine check light issue and he also took care of my service as it was nearing, which avoided me an additional visit ,once again Thank you Tyler.

We called to get service for my jeep because it was randomly needing a jump start. I didn't know what the problem was. We called and spoke with Brandon Cromer. He was EXCELLENT, from the start to the finish. Which was, I am happy to say, only OVERNIGHT! He arranged for my rental car and had it ready as I stopped in on my way home from work. It was too easy! The very next morning before I even left for work, he had already called us to let us know what the problem was (winch was wired wrong) got approval for the repair, and said I could pick my jeep up in the next 30 minutes!!! He was professional, polite and prompt and I left feeling like he really cared. It made my day and I want to share this experience because Brandon's above and beyond demeanor needs to be recognized. I asked for his card so I had his last name and share this experience. Thanks Brandon Cromer--I know who to call next time!!!
I contacted 10 different Ford dealerships online on November 9. I told all of them what vehicle I wanted (2019 Ford Fusion SE) so that I could compare apples to apples. My intention was to purchase by Thanksgiving (within 2 weeks). I asked all of the dealerships to provide me the window sticker and final drive-out price including TTL. I did not want to negotiate back and forth and waste hours of my life to save a few hundred dollars. I wanted to work with the dealership that gave me the best deal from the beginning. Jared with 5-Star Ford in Carrollton was great. He provided me the window sticker and price and went back and forth with me via email a few times to answer a few questions I had. He never pressured me and was very professional throughout the transaction. 5-Star Ford came back with the lowest price and beat the next best price by approximately $1,000. Yesterday, I went to 5-Star Ford and spoke with Jared. I saw my car for the 1st time and within 45 minutes, I was driving home with my NEW Ford Fusion! I could not be happier with this transaction. It was very stress free. Jared provided all the information I needed and did not bombard me with emails or phone calls. I will definitely work with 5-Star Ford (and hopefully Jared) in the future whenever I am looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Brandon did an outstanding job as my salesperson. I couldn't be more satisfied. Since I orderd a custom built 430i, which took 9 weeks from order to delivery, I really appreciated that Brandon stayed in regular touch with me - providing ongoing progress updates. The initial process of "making the deal" was the best ever. he offered me a very fair leasing price, the first time out, without all the haggling and hassle that usually leaves me with my stomach in knots and the feeling I've been duped. Instead I felt valued and like the dealership cared enough about keeping me as a returning customer that they didn't have to try and squeeze every last dime out of me. On the day I took delivery, the lease signing process, with Bob Whay, was quick and painless, and although he provided some options for additional warranty add-ons, it was free of the usual hard-sell approach. I also appreciated meeting the owner, Craig Suntrup. I always feel like the owner's presence provides some comfort to the customer that he cares enough to keep an eye on things, and that he cares enough about his customers to actually want to meet them, not just hide behind some executive's office door. On my previous BMW lease, I used BMW of West St. Louis for all my scheduled service and they were awesome. They even offered the option of picking up my car at my office and providing a loaner. All that extra attention to detail and customer care, made it a no-brainer to use them as my service center, and I plan to do the same with this new lease. I look forward to working with Brandon again, when it's time for my next car, and would recommend him to any of my friends.

In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. There's are nice:) We moved to STL 18 months ago and our 2011 and 2013 X's were purchased elsewhere but you wouldn't know it. I am always offered a loaner as a starting point, not just a ride. The dealer in MN where I purchased the vehicle didn't offer that always and even when it was a warranty repair. Secondly, Dan, Mike, and Victor in the service department are professionals who know their vehicles and always direct me to coupons or advertised service savings when I forget to look. They are honest in their service appraisals of my vehicles and willing to say when something isn't necessary. I never feel oversold on service or scared sold into additional services. What has really given me enthusiasm for this dealership once again was their willingness to advocate on my behalf for a pricey Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank sensor repair ($2300) at just 80k miles and not quite 5 years of ownership. They persuaded BMWUSA to give me more than fair compensation on the repair. Reminder, I didn't buy any of my previous BMW's from Autohaus. They are good honest people and I will shop for my next BMW from them for certain. When I told the cashier how pleased I was with their organization and how they treat their customers, she replied: "they treat the employees the same way. This is my 3rd dealership and they are the best to work for by far." Well-treated employees translates into well-treated customers in my opinion. Seems to be a good culture. These folks took care of me a long time ago (1992 to 2000) in their old location (Mike Crader, Gerd Petermann)...and when I returned to purchase another BMW, many of the same faces were still there. Gerd sold me this car too. That says a lot about employee satisfaction and employee quality as well. They have grown and it is obvious why. They again have gone beyond the extra mile. If I owned a Rolls Royce I might expect this...wait, BMW does own Rolls Royce!!! It is about the dealership. No other dealer in St. Louis come close to Autohaus BMW!!! They are the greatest. Service is quite personalized. Amanda is new to me...great to work with as well - very conscientious. I complained about a minor little dimple on the dash pad...I see the part is over $3000 and they have to get it from Germany. Any other car dealership would have told me to "pound sand" or might have tried to inject glue underneath it....no, they are doing this right.
I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.
I moved here from Houston. I had the chance to use Houstons BMW dealership. Let me tell you..... worst service i have ever had from any car place... including used car lots. In contrast, Bill Jacobs BMW was completely opposite. The service here was beyond great. First let me say that i have a fairly older Bmer. A 2004 645ci. Luckily i have extended warranty. My service adviser (Jeff) treated me like a customer walking in with a bran new car. He was ultra polite (in fact everyone i talked to at this dealership was) and was genuinely interested in getting my car fixed properly. They immediately gave me a loaner car to drive and were quick to get me in and out. My adviser called me everyday to let me know where my car was in the repair process. He was very straight forward and honest and i never felt like i didnt know what was going on with my car. Their mechanics missed a leak in the coolant and i had to take it back the next day. They were ultra apologetic and again gave me a high end BMW loaner to drive. They didn't waste my time and had me in and out. The next working day my car was done and i came in to pick it up. The leak was from the coolant reservoir cap, they replaced it at no charge. I feel strongly that BMW corporate should be aware of who their good and bad dealers are... maybe they should have Bill Jacobs BMW teach Momentum how to treat customers.
We worked with Service Advisor David Rea in order to service our BWM 328iX-Drive for battery issues. David was absolutely fantastic to work with and our Service Technician who worked on our car was great as well. David and our Service Technician were both very communicative, clearly pointed out the issues with our car, how they would fix, and the estimated costs. They were also able to address most of our car's issues through our CPO Warranty, which was great. The loaner they provided was great and David kept us informed on the status of our repairs every step of the way. Well done Bill Jacobs Service Team!
To whom it may Concern, I bought my Honda 18 years ago, have used maintenance from Barrington Motors in the past. I have used maintenance closer to me and have only replaced batteries and brakes with original Honda parts. I have kept it in pristine condition and one morning in my garage my radio/CD player would not work without a code to restart it. This was after 18 years and no one could help because when I bought it from you no code was given to me. I had a letter from Honda saying that delivery of my manual was late. With Extraordinary help from Rich Cano he was able to get a code to restart my radio/CD player without having to take the radio out. It takes a committed and efficient dealership team to provide a car buyer with a pleasant and successful experience. For me, Anthony Juliano became the captain of that team. When I began looking for a 2018 Accord I contacted Motor Werks Honda because the dealership treated me well when I purchased by previous car from them AND during my visits to their service facility over the past 5 years. I communicated with nine (yes that IS a lot) different Honda dealers in my area during my search for a new car, so I have some experience with many different salespeople. Anthony stood above all others in his persistence, in his integrity and in his desire that I feel good about the deal I got and the treatment I received. My quest for a new car was not easy. First, there was not one Accord in my area with the trim and color combination I wanted. Second, I wanted to buy that car at a price I thought was fair (to me and the dealer - but mostly to me) and third I had a sweet ride I wanted to trade in and get top dollar for. Salespeople from other dealers tried to switch me to a different car which they already had on their lot, or asked me to give them a deposit and they would order the exact car I wanted - with delivery estimates between 30 and 90 days! Anthony was the ONLY salesperson committed to getting me the car *I* wanted and getting it in a reasonable timeframe. Like any good team captain he mobilized his resources. John, part of Anthony???s team, was able to locate the exact car I wanted (which had just arrived at another dealer) and call in a favor to get that car over to Motor Werks. They did this without me making any commitment to buy the car. Once the right car was found, Anthony worked with his manager to offer me a price that I beleived was fair. Only then did I go to the dealership so they could appraise my current car. Up till then all my communication was done via email and phone - I hadn???t ever met Anthony. Once I arrived at the dealership there was some back and forth about the trade-in price, but Anthony was on MY side and eventually Ziggy, a manager, agreed to a trade-in price that was good for everyone. Three hours after walking into Motor Werks Honda and meeting Anthony in person for the first time, I drove home in my brand new car! Now THAT is efficiency! So, would I recommend Anthony to others who want to buy a new Honda? If you don???t already know the answer to that question, please read this review again. A better question might be, ???after reading this review (and other reviews about Anthony) why wouldn???t you contact Anthony before you buy a new Honda????.
Drove buy the dealership and saw a car I liked. I was not really in the market for a car, but I saw a car that caught my eye so I asked about it. I test drove a used Audi A8L and really enjoyed the car. I dealt with Vince and we worked out a great deal. Now I have a great new car and feel comfortable working with Vince and this dealership in the future.

My son found a car for me on the Rockville BMW website. I called and talked to Kevin who was very helpful, fair and knowledable. My son and I drove from Richmond VA to test drive the car. I ended up buying it and Kevin worked with me to allow an independent mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I was able to drive it home that day! James was also fantastic and made the process very easy. Kevin followed up that evening to make sure we got home okay. I LOVE my new car!! (Any chance I can get a BMW t-shirt size large for my son for helping me find the car and driving 4hrs RT?? And for filling out this survey a second time since the first one didn't go through? 😊)
