My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. I live out of state and have been searching for a used 2020 M8 for months. I contacted the dealership and was put intouch with Ryan Schmall, who I found to be honest and acurate on describing the car. Service advisor Patrick came through in an emergency while we were in the area on vacation at Seneca Lake. BMW assist transported my 2023 X3 (still under warranty) after I spoke to Patrick and he said he would see what could be done for me that afternoon! Turns out the problem was relatively minor and I was on my way by 4pm. Patrick helped to support my faith in the BMW brand I have driven exclusively for 25 years! Nice work Patrick thank you!
