I found all the people there very friendly and helpful. I didn't find the car I wanted, but the service was great. No high pressure sales here. Wish they had the car I wanted, I like their business practices.
I have contacted the dealer to obtain more information about the car since I live over 1200 miles away. They were very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. I would work with them again and highly recommend the dealership.
Rick Theibaud, my Chevrolet service representative at Van Chevrolet Buick GMC has provided me with exemplary 5-STAR customer service in handling repairs of my Chevrolet 2018 Equinox AWD. From my first phone call to Rick Theibaud setting up a service appointment for a warranty covered issue, and with every interaction since, Rick has provided top-notch service. Knowledgeable, polite, patient with all the questions I asked, and responsive with follow-up calls and information, he always kept me informed so I didnt have to call him to find out what was going on.Rick set me up with a comparable loaner car to use as the part needed came from out of state. When the repair work was completed, Rick had my car washed, vacuum, and because it had to be driven some distance to ensure the repair was spot on, refueled and ready to go when I arrived.
Since, Ive had my oil changed, tires rotated, and engine checked with Rick. And again, I received the best service a car dealership has ever delivered. As a female executive who has bought and leased her own cars for over 25 years, good service has not always been the case.

I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!
I stopped by this dealership on my lunch break and I needed to get an oil change and inspection and I had a couple of questions about a few things that were showing up on my vehicle I was able to get in and get out within a timely manner everyone was so kind Arthur and the other service man handled everything they gave me additional information they followed up with quotes this was the perfect visit with it being so hard to find trustworthy people out there nowadays I am elated and will be a customer for as long as they'll have me best place to be!
I have been taking my 2011 BMW 335ix to Bill Jacobs for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed. Although I might be able to find a lower price from an independent shop, I don't believe it is worth it in the long run given the complexities of these cars (note, I do change the oil and filter on the car myself, however). I will continue to support this dealership because of the quality of their service.

My car was totaled in a car accident. Besides being shaken from the car accident, I was stressed and frustrated because I couldn???t find the car I wanted. Been to a few car dealers with no luck. But once I arrived at Bergen Car Company, I knew I was at the right place. The selection of cars were amazing. Used cars but looked and felt as new! The sales representative was most helpful, looking into my requirements, offering suggestions, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle in which I was interested. Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.

So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. My Service adviser, Zuhaib Makda did an awesome job on my car, he always gives good advice which is quite useful besides being economical, if you ever want to repair or fix your bmw at classic, just go there and ask for ZUHAIB MAKDA, and I assure you , you will not walk out dissappointed.
Experience was excellent as usual. We went in to get information on trading in our 2013 Ram 1500 for a 2016 model. Working with Steve Simpson is always good. He is knowledgeable, accommodating and nice too! His approach is never "hard-sell" which we really appreciate. He found us the truck we wanted and worked with us to get to a payment we can afford. It is not often that I'm moved to write an on-line review. I reserve those efforts for notably good and bad experiences. In this case, it's the former. I went to United BMW to test drive a 530i - one of four vehicles that I was considering. Knowing no better, I parked at the Pre-owned Car area of the dealership and had the great fortune of meeting Mr. Charles Reed. He asked me what I was looking for and indicated that we would have to travel to the newly-built New Car lot, about 1/2 mile up the road. Charles found a car that matched my stated requirements and off we went. His knowledge of the vehicle, his ability to compare and contrast it with the other vehicles that I was considering, and his general demeanor were exceptional. At no time that I feel that Charles was "selling me a car". In my opinion, he was simply ensuring that I had an excellent experience during my test drive. That type of customer service is note-worthy. I believe that he truly enjoyed telling me about this excellent vehicle as much as I enjoyed test driving it. The positive experience continued when I was introduced to Dimitri Gossieaux. Dimitri asked the right questions, understood my position, made no attempt at any type of pressure (e.g., "what can I do to put you in this car today?" type of crap), and politely, but enthusiastically, told me what steps I would need to take to move forward with a lease. For several good reasons, I leased the vehicle. Lastly, my travel schedule precluded me from picking up the car during normal business hours. I would have to wait two weeks. Charles volunteered to meet me on his own time on a Sunday evening, so that I could begin experiencing my new BMW - that is the definition of above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new (or used) BMW, find Charles and tell him that Steve sent you!
Before arrive there I submitted an online application. After that point, the manager began to communicate the process of purchasing a Certified Preowned BMW. We set up a meeting for Monday of the following week and management introduced us to one of the most competent and down to earth client advisors, Mr. Zino Robertson. He presented us with several workable options and toiled with us after hours until we left with the car of our choice. The manager, financial officer, and the client advisor made this purchase memorable. I would not go anywhere else to purchase. I'm sold on BMW of Columbia!

Both the sales team (Scott) and service team (Cam) are wonderful. Scott got us an excellent deal on a 2017 MDX Advance series and Cam got my 2006 RL serviced perfectly so I could pass an inspection. Can't wait for the 2018 TLX to come out for our next Acura. Daughter loves her 2016 ILX Tech seris too. Finance team is the best around. Overall a great team.
